Use of the AI Anywhere Website

AI Anywhere does not independently collect or store technical or usage data about website visitors. Limited technical information relating to website usage (browser type, operating system, general location (region-level only), pages visited, usage patterns) is collected solely via Google Analytics.

AI Anywhere uses Google Analytics to understand aggregated website usage and improve site performance. AI Anywhere does not directly collect IP addresses, store raw analytics logs, or combine analytics data with personally identifiable information.

Google Analytics processes this information in an aggregated and anonymised form, in accordance with Google's privacy practices. Information from Google Analytics is used only to understand how visitors interact with the website, improve usability and performance, and identify general usage trends. AI Anywhere does not use analytics data to identify individual users.

AI Processing and User Content

AI Anywhere does not store, retain, or log user-submitted text content. When the AI Anywhere Helper is used:

• Text is processed in memory only.
• Content is transmitted securely for real-time AI processing.
• Content is not stored, not logged, and not used for training.
• Once processing is complete, the data is discarded.

AI Anywhere records only non-content operational metadata, such as the number of AI suggestions accepted or rejected, and system performance and error metrics. These metrics do not include any user-submitted text or personally identifiable content.

Third-Party Processing and Infrastructure

AI Anywhere operates on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the London (UK) region. AI processing is performed using OpenAI's APIs, strictly for real-time inference. User content is submitted for secure processing only and is not stored or used for model training. AI Anywhere maintains appropriate data processing agreements with its infrastructure and AI providers.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

AI Anywhere does not sell personal data, does not share user-submitted content with third parties, does not participate in advertising data exchanges, and does not have co-sponsors or data-sharing partners.

Information may be disclosed only where required to comply with applicable UK law, respond to lawful requests from authorities, or protect the rights, safety, or security of AI Anywhere, its users, or others. Any disclosure is limited to what is legally required.

Data Processing Location

All personal data processed by AI Anywhere is handled within the United Kingdom. By using AI Anywhere, you acknowledge that limited personal information (such as account email) will be processed in the UK in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
