AI Anywhere is an AI-powered text assistance tool that provides contextual guidance for text inputs, forms, and applications on websites. The Service is designed to augment your workflow and assist with text-related tasks. It is not intended to replace professional judgment or decision-making.

AI Anywhere uses third-party social authentication providers (such as Google, GitHub, LinkedIn) for user authentication. AI Anywhere does not store passwords. Your use of social login is subject to the terms and conditions of your chosen authentication provider.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refunds for other services, if any, are at AI Anywhere's discretion or as explicitly stated in the applicable terms.

8. Availability and Changes

AI Anywhere strives to provide a reliable Service but does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. AI Anywhere may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. AI Anywhere is not liable for any downtime or unavailability of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI ANYWHERE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI ANYWHERE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI ANYWHERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF AI ANYWHERE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AI ANYWHERE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AI ANYWHERE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Anywhere and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. AI Anywhere may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if AI Anywhere determines, in its sole discretion, that your use of the Service is inappropriate or harmful.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability
